With the Right Communication Support, Your Child Is Able to Connect and Belong

Specializing in speech sounds and social communication for kids, teens, and young adults in Phoenix, AZ.

On a mission to help children become more confident communicators in real life, not just in a therapy room.

I’m so glad your search led you here.

I started this practice for the kids who want to connect but don’t have the tools, and the ones holding back because they feel uncertain about the way they communicate or sound. After years of working with kids and teens, I’ve had the honor of watching those skills click and their world open up.

The skills your child builds now, the connections they make now, and the confidence they develop now shape who they're becoming. Getting your child the right support at the right time is critical, and I'm honored to be part of that.

If you're ready to take the first step, I'd love to hear from you.

Meet the Speech Therapist in Your Corner

Gabriela Pyzza, M.S., CCC-SLP, Speech Therapist in Phoenix, AZ | Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and UCLA PEERS® Certified Provider

I've always been drawn to the science of human connection. I have degrees in both psychology and speech-language pathology, and somewhere along the way those two passions fused into one: helping people connect.

I've spent the last ten years specializing in speech sounds (such as lisp therapy and R sound speech therapy) and social communication for kids, teens, and young adults, and I still love this work as much as I did on day one. I grew up in New York, fell in love with the Arizona sunshine, and haven't looked back. I'm bilingual in English and Romanian, and when I'm not in the therapy room you can probably find me planning my next trip, trying a new restaurant, or watching a rom-com because I'm a hopeless romantic through and through.

Long story short, I'm a real person who genuinely cares about the families I work with, and I think you'll feel that from our very first conversation.

Here’s How Working With
Pyzza Speech Therapy Is Different

01

You'll always work with me, every single session

No rotating providers, no starting over. Your child builds real rapport with one clinician who knows them and genuinely invests in their growth.

02

You'll always know what's going on

You'll know what we're working on, why we're working on it, and how things are going, because when families are informed and involved, kids make so much more progress.

03

Your child is seen here, exactly as they are.

I’m here to support your child, not change them. Whether working on speech sounds or social communication, your child always leaves with real tools and the choice of how to use them.

04

Everything is personalized, nothing is rushed.

Sessions are thoughtful, individualized, and evidence-based. Your child isn't a number here, and you'll feel that from the very first visit.

05

The process is easy to navigate from start to finish.

From your first inquiry to your child's last session, I've made the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible so you can focus on what matters.

06

Real skills. Real instruction. Real progress.

All of the work we do is structured, intentional, and evidence-based. You’ll always be able to point to what they’ve learned and how they’ve grown.
